Terms and conditions

Adaver is a service by Nuvai (nuvai.dev) that turns images into editable vector drawings and makes drawings from descriptions. By creating an account or using Adaver you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one person. Don't share your account or sell or transfer access to it. Teams need an account for each person.
• Don't create more than one account to collect free credits. Free credits are given once per email inbox.
• You must be 18 or older.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Don't use Adaver to:

• Run automated or scripted use: bots, scrapers, headless browsers (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium and similar), scripts, or any tool that signs in, uploads, generates, edits or downloads without a person using the site. Adaver has no public API, and the web app may only be used by a person, at a person's pace. We may block, slow or suspend accounts that look automated, and cancel credits obtained that way.
• Get around limits, payments, the human check or the protection of previews and downloads.
• Upload or create content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Create illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or deceptive content, or content that targets real people.
• Attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach other people's accounts or files.

Requests that break our content rules are refused. Repeated refusals pause new drawings, and repeated attempts can suspend the account until we review it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

• Free. Uploading, tracing, converting and editing by hand are free. After you verify your email, a free account gets 10 credits, once (one grant per email inbox). Downloading and exporting drawings is part of Pro.
• Pro. A monthly subscription at the price on the Pricing page (prices exclude taxes where taxes apply). It gives 120 credits each month and lets you download and export your drawings. Credits from one month don't roll over to the next.
• What uses credits. Making a drawing from a description or an AI edit uses credits: 1 at Low quality (the default) and 3 at Standard. The cost is shown before you start. Tracing, converting, exporting and editing by hand use none.
• When credits are used. Credits are held when the AI starts on a request and kept when the drawing arrives. If a request fails or no drawing arrives, the credits are given back automatically. A request our content rules refuse can be charged as described in the content rules.
• Renewal and cancelling. Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel from the Billing page at any time: you keep Pro and the month's credits until the end of the month you paid for, and it won't renew.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record and the seller for your purchase; its buyer terms apply. Card details go to Dodo Payments and never reach us.
• Refunds. We don't refund unused time or credits you have used, except for a duplicate or wrong charge, a charge after you cancelled in time, or a fault on our side we couldn't fix, and wherever the law gives you a right. • Price changes. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to your next renewal.

• You keep the rights to the images you upload and to the drawings you make from them.
• You give us permission to store and process your files only to provide the service: tracing, editing, exporting and saving them for you. We don't use them to train models.
• Conversions are deleted 24 hours after they are made; drawings you save to My drawings stay until you delete them or your account. Keep your own copies of anything you need.

Drawings made from descriptions and AI edits are produced by third-party AI models. Results can be wrong, look like existing work, or not be suitable for your use. Check them before you use them, especially for logos and trademarks.

• The Adaver plugin for Figma uses your Adaver account and these same terms.
• Turning one selection into a vector drawing uses 1 image from your balance. If the conversion fails, the image is given back. Your free image works in the plugin too.
• You can disconnect the plugin at any time from the plugin, or by changing your password.

• We work to keep Adaver available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We may change or stop features. If we stop the service, we will tell you in advance where we can.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will tell you by email or on the site. Using Adaver after a change means you accept the new terms.
