How it works

  1. 01

    Pick

Drop, paste or choose a PNG, JPG, WebP, BMP or GIF. Logos and flat artwork give the cleanest results.

  2. 02

    Process

Adaver reduces the palette, segments color regions, and fits lines, arcs and curves to every edge.

  3. 03

    Download

Compare against the original, inspect the outlines, then export SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF or a high-res PNG.

Built for real artwork

Adaver is the tracing engine inside NuCraft, tuned for brand marks, icons and flat illustration.

  • Layered tracing

A base color layer, smoothed patches and a detail overlay are stacked so shapes sit on top of each other without hairline gaps.

  • Shape fitting

Edges become straight lines, circular arcs and cubic Béziers chosen per segment, so corners stay sharp and curves stay smooth.

  • Palette reduction

Noisy JPEG colors are clustered into a compact palette that you can see next to the result.

  • Stroke detection

Thin lines are recognised as strokes instead of slivers of fill, keeping line art light and editable.

  • Gradient-aware mode

Soft shading is grouped into stepped bands rather than shattered into thousands of tiny regions.

  • Multiple export formats

SVG for the web, PDF and EPS for print, DXF for CAD and cutting machines, plus a 2x PNG.

  • Fast and auto presets

Auto picks sensible settings for most images; Fast, High quality, Anime and Gradient aware cover the rest.

  • Transparency kept

Transparent backgrounds stay transparent, so logos drop straight onto any surface.

Questions

How big can my image be?

Files up to 30 MB and up to 3 megapixels (for example 1700 × 1700 pixels). Larger images are rejected with a message so you can resize them first.

Which formats can I upload and download?

Upload PNG, JPG, WebP, BMP or GIF. Download SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF, or a PNG rendered from the vector at twice the original size.

What happens to my uploads?

Your original and its results are stored only to power the editor and downloads, and are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload.

Are my images used to train models?

No. Uploads are never used for training, and they are not shared with anyone.

Which images work best?

Logos, icons, badges and flat illustrations with clear edges. Photos work too, but produce many more shapes; try the Gradient aware preset for those.

Is there an API?

An HTTP API for developers is on the way. See the Developers page for updates.
