AI SVG generator for icons, logo marks and illustrations
Describe what you want to see, and Adaver returns it as an SVG. An AI image model draws the picture, then the Adaver tracer turns it into vector shapes you can recolor or delete. Use it as a text to SVG tool for icons, badges, patterns and diagrams. Generating needs an account and uses credits.
Example
Describe “A mountain badge in two colors”, pick Logo mark and Square, and press Generate. The badge comes back as one SVG, ready to open in Studio, where you can recolor its colors, delete the white background or delete any other part.
How to generate an SVG with AI
Describe the drawing
Write what it shows in plain words, plus any detail that matters. One sentence is enough, such as “A smiling coffee cup” or “A rocket lifting off at sunrise”.
Pick a type and a shape
Choose Illustration, Icon, Outline icon, Logo mark, Pattern or Diagram. Under More options, set the shape (Square, Landscape, Portrait, Wide or Tall), a color palette and Low or Standard quality. Reference images can be added when offered.
Generate, then edit
Press Generate. Adaver draws the image, traces it into one SVG and shows you the result. Open it in Studio to edit it, or press Generate again for another drawing with the same options.
Which type to pick
Icon is for one bold symbol built from a few large shapes. Outline icon makes a line icon, in black unless your palette names a color. Logo mark asks for an abstract symbol with no wordmark.
Pattern is for a tile of simple motifs that repeat across the canvas. Diagram makes boxes joined by lines and arrows, and it is the only type allowed short labels. Illustration gives a detailed, realistic picture made of many hard-edged color regions, like a screen print.
Tips for good results
Describe one subject. Every type except Pattern asks for a single subject centered on a plain white background.
Leave names and slogans out of the description. Apart from Diagram, the AI is asked not to draw letters, words or numbers, so add text later in your design tool.
AI results can resemble existing work. Check a logo mark carefully before you use it for a brand.
Questions
Can I generate SVGs with AI for free?
You need an account, and a free one gets 10 credits once, after you verify your email. Each drawing uses 1 credit at Low quality or 3 at Standard. Downloading the SVG needs Pro, a paid plan with 120 credits a month, and each new version or format you download uses 1 of them; the pricing page shows its price.
Is the result a real, editable SVG?
Yes, a real one. The AI only draws a picture; Adaver's tracer, the same one used for uploaded images, then turns it into vector shapes. So the drawing opens in Studio like any traced image.
Can I change a drawing after it is made?
In Studio you can recolor or delete shapes and merge similar colors by hand, free of charge. When Ask AI is switched on, you can also describe a change for the whole drawing or only the shapes you select; it uses credits like a new drawing.
Why was my description refused?
Adaver checks each description, any reference images and the image the AI draws against its content rules, and refuses some requests. Your first refusal in an hour is free. After that, refusals within the hour can use their credits, and repeated ones pause new drawings for 30 minutes.
